Developer Home – Pukekohe

Developer clients give me a set of plans, and sometimes a colour/design direction. I work with their key suppliers selecting product within set budgets.

My role is to put together an exterior and interior colour/surface scheme and present.

Resene Tititania was selected for the exterior weatherboards, with Dulux 1/4 Dawson Falls being the feature painted brick. Dulux 1/4 Opononi was selected for the interior wall colour.
